Documentary film making.

Real people, real stakes, real stories. We take documentaries from first research call to festival-ready premiere — and cut the trailers, episodes and social versions along the way.

WHAT IT ENTAILS

Patience, access and a sharp edit.

Great documentaries are earned in research and won in the edit. Our producers find the characters, our crews disappear into the background, and our editors shape hundreds of hours into a story that holds from cold open to credits.

  • Research, casting of real subjects and access negotiation
  • Verité and interview cinematography with full sound package
  • Story edit, archival licensing, color grade and festival deliverables

From the field.

RELATED WORK

The digital nomads documentary.

Five countries, fourteen subjects, one question: what does home mean when work fits in a backpack? Our most-streamed documentary to date.

How long does a documentary take?+

Short documentaries run 4–6 weeks; features run 8–12. The edit always takes longer than the shoot — we schedule honestly for both.

Do you handle archival and music licensing?+

Yes. We clear archival footage, photographs and music, and deliver a fully licensed master with a cue sheet for festivals and distributors.

Can you work with our in-house team?+

Happily. We often direct and shoot while your producers handle access, or we take the whole production off your plate.

What do we receive at delivery?+

The festival master, a broadcast master, trailer, episode or social cutdowns, captions, poster stills and the full project archive.
